I am a passionate music lover since my early days, I always knew I wanted to be a singer. Throughout my search, I toured three universities, exploring different musical facets and immersing myself in diverse styles ranging from baroque music and opera to rich Latin American melodies and rhythms. I sang works in English, French, Italian, Portuguese and even Turkish. Music has flowed and influenced me in a way that I can only describe as magical.

 

My experience has not been limited to singing; I discovered the violin and fell deeply in love with children's pedagogy. Teaching the little ones not only to appreciate music, but to create it with their own hands and voices, became an invaluable experience for me.

 

On my path towards connecting with children's hearts and my commitment to Colombian music, I wrote a book designed for girls and boys to discover and love our rich musical tradition. This project has not only taken me to travel through various regions, singing and facilitating workshops and training for trainers, but it also gave me the honor of becoming an ambassador for the Country Brand.

 

At present, I am the lead voice and composer in "Me Extraña Araña", and the proud director of the children's musical group "Los Yarumitos", from the town of Arabia in Pereira. During the pandemic, this group has flourished, singing in various settings, creating their own songs and aspiring to record their first album to share with the entire world.
